2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and improve the Service; process trades and deliver signals; send trading reports and notifications (with your consent); maintain security and detect fraud; analyze platform usage for performance optimization.

3. Broker Credentials

Your Pocket Option credentials (email/password or session tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use session tokens — not raw credentials — to interact with your broker. Credentials are never shared with third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except: (a) as required by law or court order; (b) to protect rights, property, or safety; (c) with service providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trade history is retained for 24 months for analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the Profile settings.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, CSRF protection, rate limiting, secure session management, and database encryption. No system is 100% secure — please use strong, unique passwords.

7. Telegram Integration

When you link your Telegram account, we store your Telegram ID to enable notifications and bot integration. We do not access your Telegram messages or contacts beyond the bot interaction channel.

8. Cookies & Sessions

We use session cookies for authentication purposes. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used. You can delete cookies via your browser settings; this will log you out of the Service.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent to data processing; request a copy of your data; lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
