1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VeluxTech Trading platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VeluxTech Trading provides a trading automation platform that integrates with Pocket Option and processes signals from external sources. We are a software tool provider — we do not provide financial advice, brokerage services, or investment management.

3. Risk Disclosure

Binary options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of signals or automated strategies is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to bypass any security measure; (c) share account access with third parties; (d) reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our discretion within 7 days of charge. You may cancel at any time; service continues until end of the billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

VeluxTech Trading is not liable for any trading losses, missed signals, system downtime, data loss, or other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, designs, signal processing algorithms, and content are the property of VeluxTech Trading. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading purposes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction where VeluxTech Trading operates.
